INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Disclosure pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 et seq. of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 of 27 April 2016, (General Data Protection Regulation - G.D.P.R.) "relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as to the free circulation of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (regulation General Data Protection Regulation)"
This information describes the management methods of the websites managed by Golf della Montecchia Srl with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, as well as the processing practices of the data transmitted by each interested party to the Data Controller through said sites.
The treatments reserved for the email addresses voluntarily submitted by the interested parties to Golf della Montecchia are subjected to the same treatment and therefore also described in this document, also by means other than registration on the site and which in any case form part of the personal data processed electronically by Golf della Montecchia Montecchia to provide its own newsletter and promotional and/or sporting information service, for which consent to the sending of the communications envisaged below has been expressed, even after collection.

According to the rules of the Regulation, the treatments carried out by Golf della Montecchia are based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as well as all the other principles established by the Regulation EU no. 679/2016 and other current regulations on the matter.
By implementing the registration procedure for the site services, users voluntarily communicate their personal data to GOLF DELLA MONTECCHIA S.r.l., Data Controller.
The provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide the data deemed mandatory will prevent correct registration on the sites, as well as the possibility of using the services reserved for registered users.
Personal data being processed
Following consultation of the aforementioned sites, or voluntary registration on them, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
Golf della Montecchia does not require the interested party to provide so-called data. "particular", i.e., according to the provisions of the GDPR (art. 9), personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, data biometrics intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person. In the event that the service requested from Golf della Montecchia requires the processing of such data, the interested party will receive specific information in advance and will be asked to give specific consent.
Not all sites collect the different types of data processed; for the sites www.playgolf54.it; www.veniceopen.it; www.montecchiaperformancecenter.it only the technical data necessary for navigation are processed and no treatment is made of the same data for commercial purposes.
Types of data that can be processed
Personal data
Name, surname, physical address, nationality, province and municipality of residence, telephone number, tax code, email address.
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning (see also the paragraph on cookies). All of the above, we inform the user that by browsing the site, Golf della Montecchia will process his personal data, which may consist of an identifier such as the name, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, economic , cultural or social data suitable for making the interested party identified or identifiable, as well as, if requested by the interested party, the data necessary for enrollment in golf courses and activities (hereinafter also referred to as "personal data").
Purposes and methods of data processing
The personal data collected with registration or subscription to our sites are processed in order to allow access to services and contents reserved for registered users.
Personal data is processed, also with automated and electronic tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, including the secure SSL/https protocol for some reserved parts of the site and applications and protection against unauthorized access to servers and other computers in use.

- Golf della Montecchia S.r.l. will also use personal data for administrative and accounting purposes and for the execution of contractual obligations towards users who are part of its customers.
In the event that the user requests registration/registration for certain services through the use of social network plug-in technologies, he consents to the communication of his profile/account data by the social network to Golf della Montecchia, to the extent necessary for the management of the registration/registration.
The personal data sent through the registration procedures can be processed by Golf della Montecchia S.r.l. with automated tools. The possibility remains for Golf della Montecchia S.r.l. to process the aforesaid data in aggregate form, in compliance with the measures prescribed by the Guarantor Authority and by virtue of the specific exemption from the consent provided for by the same, for electronic analysis and processing (e.g.: classification of all customers into homogeneous categories by level of services, consumption, expenditure, etc.) aimed at periodically monitoring the development and economic trend of the activities of Golf della Montecchia S.r.l., at directing the related commercial processes, at improving services, as well as at planning and implementing commercial communication campaigns .
Specific security measures are observed by Golf della Montecchia S.r.l. to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
Personal data is recorded and stored in electronic databases located in Italy, in countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA) and in third countries that guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
The processing of personal data provided by users may also be carried out by companies, organizations or consortia, appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the aforementioned EU Regulation, which, on behalf of Golf della Montecchia S.r.l, provide specific processing services, or related, instrumental or support activities.
The personal data provided by users may also be communicated:
- to investee or associated companies;
- to subjects to whom the right to access personal data is recognized by provisions of the law, by regulations or by community legislation;
- to subjects to whom the communication is required by law or regulation, or by public subjects for the performance of their institutional functions.
The retention period of the personal data referred to above is in line with the current regulatory provisions.
Personal Data Transfers
As regards the possible transfer of data to third countries, the Data Controller announces that the treatment will take place according to one of the methods permitted by current law, such as for example the consent of the interested party, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for the free circulation of data (e.g. EU-USA Privacy Shield) or operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission. The personal data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes in compliance with the principles of minimization and limitation of conservation pursuant to articles 5.1.e) of the Regulation. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulation, the interested party has the right to ask Golf della Montecchia S.r.l. access to personal data concerning him, as well as rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as obtain the data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation.
The interested party has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.
The interested party can formulate a request for opposition to the processing of his personal data pursuant to article 21 of the GDPR in which to give evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which will be accepted in the event that no there are compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing, which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.
